"Just a general overview after needing to access my local GP surgery again today for my son. I appreciate Primary Care are under such pressure but please can you feedback to the team at Hafan Iechyd that they are doing an extremely fantastic job. I have had to access care from Hafan Iechyd a few times over the last few months for myself or my children and each time the service is efficient, professional and positive. This is consistent. I am very impressed with Hafan Iechyd especially the GPs and Receptionists I have been in contact with. Today I met with a Dr. Jones who again, was fantastic. Please thank the whole team for their hard work under such pressure. Thank you!"
