- Our service offers a 24/7 Mental Health Triage & signpost for anyone experiencing a Mental Health crisis via the national 111 service, press option 2.
- We are able to link individuals into 3rd sector services.
- We can directly refer to and liaise with Primary & Secondary Mental Health Services.
- We record Triage & Consultation outcomes onto the Adastra System for GP awareness.
- We offer a professional advice line for GP’s, Police, Local Authorities & Welsh Ambulance Services: Tel 03000 846700.
- We offer brief interventions over the phone such as distress reduction, sleep hygiene, anxiety management techniques / distraction techniques.

- Diagnose severe or enduring Mental Health illness.
- Offer face to face consultations.
- Replace current Community Mental Health services.
- Unable to provide a prescription service.
