Our Mission Statement
Hafan Iechyd Surgery is a 10 partner GP practice caring for approximately 13,300 patients. We have practised in Caernarfon for many years as two practices Bron Seiont and Market Street Surgery, but merged as one on the 1st April 2016 . Originally the Bron Seiont practice was situated at 37 Castle Square before moving to Segontium Terrace in 1982 and to it's present location in December 2008. Market Street Surgery was located within the old town walls in Market Street , moving to the present location in December 2008. All our permanent doctors and staff are free to consult in Welsh and English languages.
We have been a recognised Training Practice for over 30 years and usually have GP Registrars in attendance for their final training stage before becoming an independent GP. We also occasionally teach medical students. Your co-operation with our teaching commitment is always appreciated, but not mandatory. Most patients find the process very rewarding.
Zero Tolerance
Any person(s) found to demonstrate threatening or abusive behavior towards Hafan Iechyd Surgery including staff members will be reported to the appropriate authorities which could result in that person(s) being removed as patient(s) from the practice register.
Threatening or abusive behavior, be it in person, or written, including social networking sites e.g. Facebook, will not be tolerated.
