How to make an appointment             

Appointments to be booked by phone only   

Please telephone our reception on 01286 684100.  Our receptionists will ask a few details about your ailment.  This information will help you to be able to consult with the most appropriate clinician, which may not always be a GP.  You do not have to give the reason for your call, but by not doing so, may cause a delay in your treatment.  

On the day appointments open from 8am each day (Monday to Friday except for Bank Holidays).  Pre bookable appointments are also made available with GPs.  

You may be signposted to another NHS service, which can include pharmacy, UPCC (urgent primary care centre), A&E or third sector organisation. 

Nurse and Health Care appointments can be booked in advance.
